ForecastPhone™ is an inbound call answering service. This means there is no hardware, software or telephone lines to buy or maintain. Our service is prepaid and there are no contracts.

We offer multiple ways of presenting your audio to callers in order to get the best return on your investment.

Example 1 - Simple Announcement:
  1. Call is made to your personal ForecastPhone™ line.
  2. The main announcement is played to the caller.
  3. The phone call is disconnected.

Example 2 - Simple Sponsored Announcement:
  1. Call is made to your personal ForecastPhone™ line.
  2. A sponsorship announcement is played to the caller.
  3. The main announcement is played to the caller.
  4. The phone call is disconnected.

Emergency messages can also be played prior to the main announcement. This can be useful for school closings or other emergency conditions that require the listener to hear the emergency information prior to the main announcement.

All announcements can be updated by a web portal or by an automatically fetched file from your FTP or HTTP server.
